دورة سفراء جائزة المدرسة الدولية - القاهرة جمهورية مصر العربية 

أختتمت اليوم الخميس 16 أكتوبر 2014 الدورة التدريبية لسفراء جائزة المدرسة الدولية من جمهورية مصر العربية الشقيقة و الجمهورية اليمنية و التي أقامها المجلس الثقافي البريطاني في فندق سفير - القاهرة - جمهورية مصر العربية للفترة من 13-16 أكتوبر 2014.

حيث قامت المدربة المتألقة  شيماء نصر بتسليط الضوء على كيفية التقدم و الترتيب و التجهيز للجائزة الدولية و تذليل العوائق للمدارس المتقدم و أيضا كيفية تطبيق البعد الدولي و ترتيب أنشطة و مشاريع ، محتويات ملف التقدم للجائزة  . نوقشت في الدورة كل النقاط المتعلقة من توقعات و مشاكل  يمكن أن تواجه  سفراء الجائزة و كيفية أيجاد الحلول المناسبة . حيث أخذ المشاركون معلومات متكاملة حول الجائزة الدولية بشكل عام على مدار أربعة أيام و التي سيطبقونها على أرض الواقع في مناطقهم التعليمية - محافظاتهم  لدعم المدارس التي تعمل على الجائزة حاليا و المدارس الجديدة التي سستقدم للجائزة الدولية و تطبيق السياسة الدولية و البعد الدولي في المدارس , ايضا العمل على تعريف مدارس جديدة للتقدم للجائزة .

جزيل شكرنا لطاقم المجلس البريطاني في جمهورية مصر العربية لما قدمة من دعم في تسهيل و انجاح هذة الفعالية . 

و أيضا شكرنا لطاقم المجلس الثقافي البريطاني و لا أخص أحد فكلهم خلية نحل في نطاق عملهم في عموم محافظات الجمهورية اليمنية و في مختلف المشاريع للمحاولة في رفع  مستوى المدارس و عمل كل الترتيب لتدريب و تأهيل  كوادر و التي تقوم بدعم المدارس لتطبيق البعد الدولي و السياسية الدولية في مدارس الجمهورية اليمنية .

English Master Trainers and Inspectors workshop rolls out In Sana'a.

The Ministry of Education, Educational Development Project Administration Unit (EDPAU) in conjunction with the Spectacle Learning Media(SLM) have conducted three days ago Master Trainer Workshop for 41 trainers and inspectors of  Secondary Schools selected from Hadramout, Sayoun, lahj, Aden, Abyan, Ibb and Taiz.

 It is worth-mentioning that there are couple stages prior to implementing this workshop; the first was the the Needs Assessment Workshop for assessing the needs of the inspectors and teachers of English Language at the secondary schools level during 16-17 Nov, 2013, followed by the second stage of the reports in form of interviews with  some Educational Leaders and  Secondary School Teachers Focus Groups in the target cities mentioned beforehand so far to assist the field research for the training manuals and materials for the master trainers, inspectors and teachers of the English language.

Prior to kicking off the training sessions, the target inspectors and master trainers of English were subject to written tests and interviews held at the Curricula and Educational Aids Department building, Sana'a. Fortunately,  they all were capable to pass the exam.

Similarly, the workshop held on 2-6 Feb,2014 dealt with Mentoring in Thought and Action mirrored through 5 units with their various modules. It was delivered by Dr. Michael C. Johnston and His wife Dr. Jean M. Bernard and Miss Lubna. Then, the participants are cooperatively allowed to be engaged in pairs and groups resulting in mutually  exchanging ideas and enriching their knowledge and experience. To the contrast, prior to ending up the sessions, such positive feedback was evolved by the participants to reflect whatever they have already been trained on the teachers afterwards. Additionally ,  they also gave their different comments and further suggestions for improving the 1^st daft of this manual in order to be relevant and more practical on since it is in its first stage and still there are two drafts being susceptible to adaptation and modification afterwards. The workshop was encapsulated by handing over such certificates to the master trainers and inspectors and taking photos.

  The 2^nd  phase considered as the Pilot Testing workshop is expected to be conducted on Sunday, 16 Feb, 2014 only in three cities, Almukala, Sayoun and Taiz.

 On the other hand, great efforts exerted by the couple American experts, Dr. Michael, Dr. Jean ( Spectacle Learning Media, Stratham, New Hamshire. U.S.A) and Dr. Ghazi M. Ghaith( the Rector Of Lebanon University),  Miss Lubna,( Master trainer & liaison)  Mr. Qasem Almotawakel(Logistic officer and Computer facilitator) . Some involved in the workshop were acknowledged for their contribution ,  -Deputy of Inspection Department, Mr. Fuad Salem Ba Rabood , Eiz Addeen Algunaid ( Chairman of  Inspection Team in the MOE, MOE Coordinator,  Mr. Najeeb Almaqrami.
