Yemeni Coalition for transparency and anti-corruption in collaboration with United states Agency for International Development , Supreme National Authority for combating corruption , Responsive Governance Program and Yemeni Coalition for transparency and anti-corruption performed a workshop about Mechanisms and Concepts of anti-corruption . The workshop lasted for three intensive days started on 15th of July and ends up on 17th of July 2012 . The participants were 25 human right activists ( males and females ) from Taiz university , lawyers and teachers . The workshop was coordinated and organized successfully by Ahd Al-Rofaid the coordinator of Yemeni Coalition for transparency and anti-corruption and The Human Rights Information & Training Centre.
The trainees took part in this workshop ( both males and females ) were impressed due to the ample information and new ideas they obtained while receiving such anti corruption training workshop . Besides, they expressed their desire and willingness to fight corruption where and when ever they face it .
The workshop was cascaded by Trainers; Abdullah Abdulhameed Farhan and Hameed Khaled Ali Mohsen .
Mr. AbdulHakim Abdullah Saaed , one of the trainees said that training was wonderful and it will increase the awareness towards curroption and how to fight it in his work environment and where ever he will see it and got any evidence . Many thanks to Mr. Ahd for the wonderful work he does in coordinating such workshops and also deep gratitude for the trainers of the workshop.
Prior to concluding the workshop, Ahd Al-Rofaid the coordinator , on behalf of the Yemeni Coalition for transparency and anti-corruption delivered a speech in which he expressed his gratitude for all the partners who cooperate in making such useful workshops . Moreover, he expressed his gratitude towards the trainers for the good quality of training they delivered. Again, he also praised the participants for the hard work and good performance. At the end Mr. Ahd Al-Rofaid and trainer Abdullah Abdul-Hameed handed the certificates for the trainees .
